It does actually. He's gearing up to declare bankruptcy to get out of paying his employee severance lawsuits and shut the site down. That's why his narrative shifted from "we'll be break-even in June" to "rev down 50%"

Yes: Donald is presumed innocent until proven guilty. BUT, if you KNEW you were innocent, you’d ask for a speedy trial in the documents case because an acquittal PRIOR to the election would be an INCREDIBLE campaign boost. You wouldn’t ask to postpone until AFTER the election.
