@HiwayRobyn @Geldium @breadandcircuses I’ve been vegan for over 10 years now and yearly check values, they’re fine. B12 is added to several vegan substitutes, or vegan milk and yoghurt. The same way B12 is supplemented to cattle and livestock because they don’t get it naturally from the soil anymore. So it’s all supplemented, whether you get it from meat or substitutes or milk or pills 🙂. It’s generally a good idea to check your B12 every year or so, no matter what you eat.
