@AlliFlowers
I thank the universe I don't have to go anywhere till Saturday because while I'm fine because I learned to drive in Massachusetts the people around here lose it when it rains, they're going to go apeshit.
Plus, rear wheel drive truck, no thanks.

@HipsterDM I keep trying to explain the difference between snow and flurries. Waste of breath. I learned to drive in upstate NY, so I'll just stay home Tuesday. LOL

@AlliFlowers
Yup, their freaking out in Pensacola.
My dad even called from NC to see if I'll be OK.
It's not gonna do much and it won't stay around long.

Good boy had the plan all worked out, and then the cat ruined everything.

@AlliFlowers Ah, that's a shame. Would be lovely to have bats nesting nearby.

@drgeraint I love bats. We put up a bat house where we used to live, but never got any occupants.

@AlliFlowers Not much chance of our cats catching a lizard in Glasgow. Apparently there are Common Lizards in Scotland, but I've never seen one.

We have rats in the park across the road, but fortunately none of those have yet been caught.

My mum got some rescue cats that had been stray for a while. For years they kept bringing in worms - clearly what they were living on before they were taken in.

@drgeraint The squirrels seem to stay out of reach. But we've had the mole, a large rat, and daily lizards.

@drgeraint One of our cats brought us a mole one day. We told him thank you and released him down the street. The mole, not the cat.

It *might* snow on Tuesday. School has already been cancelled. I will never not laugh at southerners and winter weather.

I mean, if you insist on having your inauguration in the dead of winter, and you always make it an outdoor event, are you really surprised when the world laughs at you for making a big stink about the weather?

Fascists are like glass covered butter.
