@amaditalks Sometimes I feel sorry for White folks. It’s no more fair to them than any of the rest of us. @TomSwirly @jik

@amaditalks Sweeping generalizations are overused. Users of social media need to stop using words like “always” and “never.” It’s rarely one or the other. And rarely all <fill in the blank> people. @TomSwirly @jik

@stargazersmith @mcnees
My guess would be the guy who installed solar panels on the White House instead of the one who took them down.

To the GOP MAGAts coming down on Hunter Biden’s plea deal…

Sometimes when you admit to fucking up and take a plea, it works out better than denying everything and attacking everyone who tries to enforce the law.

@amaditalks I wouldn’t go that far, and if all churches are taxed, that would still be a good thing. @jik

@TomSwirly The world has become nonbinary, and people still want to see it in black and white with not even a shade of grey.

@jik @AlliFlowers @amaditalks No, the takeaway, "Nothing will ever change, you must choose between two right wing, pro-war, pro-fossil fuel, pro-big business parties, and if you don't choose the slightly less awful one, then you are a bad person," is so demoralizing that people simply want to change the subject, and talk about small areas where some progress might be possible.

@jik Definitely not the key point, but an easy thing to address and slow them down. @amaditalks

#Tuckems is using his huge platform to attack #HunterBiden today I see.

I'm glad that Matt Gertz of Media Matters reminded me that Tucker Carlson and his wife asked their friend Hunter Biden to write their son a recommendation for Georgetown University. When he agreed to do so, his wife emailed him, "Tucker and I have the greatest respect and admiration for you. Always!”

The Manhattan DA's office issued a subpoena to #EJeanCarroll's law firm seeking #Trump's deposition, particularly his comments on the Access Hollywood tape.

The DA defends the subpoena against Trump's motion to quash here.

Some portions of Trump's deposition pertaining to the Access Hollywood tape are now public, but the DA seeks the "full transcript, full video recording, and all exhibits related to the videotaped deposition."

@amaditalks Maybe they should be taxed on money they make from renting their space out to non-church functions.
