@AlliFlowers @jik first of all, you are literally more than three decades too late. Second of all, this would have a devastating impact on countless houses of worship that never engaged in this kind of behavior.
It’s using a bazooka to kill a gnat so long dead that it’s 842nd generation descendants are on their last legs.
@amaditalks I wouldn’t go that far, and if all churches are taxed, that would still be a good thing. @jik
@AlliFlowers @jik that would serve no purpose in the work to upend American fascism, it would provide yet another layer of grievance (and this one would actually be justified) that fascists would use to attract new adherents, and it would destroy a lot of churches in neighborhoods like mine where the churches are the only organizations doing anything for the community.
you obviously have an agenda, stop trying to shoehorn it into the fight against fascism.
