@QasimRashid Many of the people that you see that appear poor are getting a free phone from the universal fund provided many years ago for landlines and extended to cell phones so people had access to help during emergencies. So leave them alone. My sister had one till she died because she lived on SSI and food stamps because she was disabled and my 71-year-old brother has one because he does not even get enough SS to live. We have sent them food via Costco for years so they eat.

#Russia will reopen the Mariupol Drama Theatre this year, Mariupol City Council announced.

The theatre was destroyed by Russia in 2022, killing 100s inside. Russians ignored the written signs which said kids were in the venue.

Russia continues to use reconstruction as a weapon.
