It's been difficult to develop a HIV vaccine & treatments for many cancers as they're so effective at evading & attacking immune systems. mRNA-based therapies offer real hope as they allow scientists to test new strategies much more quickly. The faster we do research, the faster we find treatments.

For me, having swore to defend the US Constitution, the internal battle I fight every day is that I should be doing something because they have been taking our rights away even before Trump.

Homeless people don't have a right to exist on public spaces for many years and yet many of those of us who swore to defend the US Constitution are silent.
