Because ABC News did its job, by pointing out Trump's outrageous lies during his debate, Trump threatened to shut down the entire ABC network.

Trump's threat was successful. CBS News is now refusing to fact-check their vice presidential debate.

Democracy cannot survive if the press surrenders to fascist threats like that.
