I think that we should amend the constitution such that SCOTUS appointees have up or down votes like every thirteen years such that it's always just one on the ballot at a time.

We know factually that Trump had hundreds of classified documents taken out of the White House and moved to his private residence.

We know that he did nothing to get these declassified. All his excuses amount to "I did it, therefore it was legal", despite a dozen ex-presidents who did comply with relevant laws.

We know that he showed some and waved them around to people at his estate while trying to make various points. None of those people went through any kind of vetting process.
