Reading this Axios headline is like getting randomly punched in the face by a stranger on the street.

The bipartisan immigration bill would have eliminated this backlog, by increasing the number of asylum officers by 330%. But the Republican Party explicitly refuses to vote on the bill, or ANY immigration bill.

The GOP literally announced, out loud, that this is all their fault. Nevertheless, Axios explicitly blames Biden for what THEY did.
