ANY state or local official can REJECT Trump as constitutionally disqualified from office, under the 14th Amendment.

It does not require Congress.

It does not require a lawsuit.

Trump has ALREADY been disqualified. Automatically.

Colorado just recognized the obvious.

Soon, SCOTUS is going to decide:

1) Whether Trump is disqualified from office for leading an insurrection

2) Whether Trump is immune from being prosecuted for leading that same insurrection

The reason why our hackles are raised by this is that people frequently mistake criticism of Israeli policy in the West Bank and Gaza for anti-zionism. So in Texas, you can now be arrested (along with your doctors) if you have a miscarriage and you can be arrested on site for "suspicion" of being "illegal" (meaning if you have brown skin).
