@normalguy Their own grounds. You'll have to Google, but... I posted this yesterday:

Via Lawrence Tribe:

Joyce Vance is right: #Tennessee just violated the First Amendment. And by doing it along racial lines, it violated the Equal Protection Clause as well. And, to complete the Trifecta, it violated the Art. IV guarantee of a Republican Form of Government. All in a day’s work! #legal

President Carter, now in his last days, home to be with his family as he passes, once personally saved Ottawa from a Nuclear Disaster, at risk, and cost, to his life, suffering from radiation poisoning all his life.

Canada had a Nuclear Accident in the 50s, asked the US for help, Lieutenant Jimmy Carter lead a team out of NY.

The future President Carter, had his team lower him into the reactor.

I had no idea. I have no idea why this isn't widely known

@TootUncommon @1finekitty Tennessee rednecks forgot to go to the ethics committee before they expelled anyone. Civil rights violation. Where is the DOJ?

Kacsmaryk’s ruling, issued on Good Friday, effectively imposed a national ban on mifepristone. If goes further and imposes on the whole nation a religious belief that a fertilized ovum is, from the moment of conception, a full human person.

He chose Good Friday for a reason: this is an announcement of holy war being waged by the Christian right against the rest of the nation.

So, Tennessee Republican lawmakers expel two Democrats from the State House for “inciting the crowd” at a peaceful protest for gun legislation in the wake of Nashville’s mass shooting.

But I bet they’re good with a former President inciting a crowd to “fight like Hell” and storm the US Capitol, beating and even killing police along the way.

The expulsion of two black lawmakers in Tennessee shows us that red states are Banana Republican states that are trying to vanquish civil rights in favor or autocratic white rule. Pro-gun, pro-violence, white rule.youtube.com/watch?v=iXA2UA8Mc1

"There is never a right way for Black people to express themselves in America. If they march in the streets, they’re wrong. If they speak through their elected officials, they’re wrong. If they win office and speak out, they’re wrong then too." Oliver Willis

The same people who made political correctness into an epithet, no less.

Texas advanced a bill that would allow the removal of district attorneys who are too lenient, thereby kneecaping much of local DAs' ability to decide which crimes they prosecute and which crimes they don't.
