A huge loophole was put in this law. If a county clerk opposes a marriage based on race, they do not have to file it on record.

the policing of who is allowed into the class labelled woman is, and always will be a tool of patriarchy. From Sojourner Truths "ain't I a woman" speech through to disabled women being treated as sexless, admission into womanhood is both reward and tool of control.

Arguably, and as the videotape shows, the crowd was pretty calm there. Until Proud Boys showed up. And then the dynamic shifted.

Prosecutors say that about 2 dozen non-defendant associates and/or members of the Proud Boys were utilized as blunt “tools” by PBs on 1/6 to help them pull off the scheme to stop Congress from certifying the 2020 election. Judge Kelly has already approved the tools theory and on Tuesday, he agreed to admit significant evidence collected by the prosecution involving several of these so-called "tools" that Proud Boy defendants allegedly relied on for Jan. 6.
