Growing up in Europe, I saw an American president telling the Soviet leader to “tear down this wall”. Because he wanted the people of East Germany to join the free world.

The current US president builds walls, and he wants East Ukraine to just give up and accept Russian rule.

On November 3, Americans have the chance to change course and relight the torch of the Statue of Liberty, to show the world that America stands for freedom.

It may be the last chance.
