The #Russian Kilo-class submarine Novorossiysk that suffered an "accident" in the Mediterranean Sea doesn’t have the required parts or trained personal that’s able to fix their issue.

The hull is filling up with fuel and there is a risk of explosion, the only option they have is to attempt to pump the fuel out directly into the ocean.

Hopefully we have some careless smokers onboard.
