It's encouraging to see that states are forming regional public health alliances to ensure everyone will still have access to vaccines. They should take it one step further and include distributing free masks and tests, installing clean air infrastructure etc. The best way to prevent outbreaks is with layered protections!

I understand that journalism costs money. But the problem with paywalls is that certain news outlets charge you $10-15 a month or more to read their content thinking it's reasonable and it never occurs to them that thousands of other such outlets might think the same thing. Information needs to be free and open to everybody, not just for a few rich people who can afford to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars a month to get around paywalls.
