See, this is why nobody trusts cops. This officer decides to shoot a reporter in the leg, on live TV, for absolutely no reason. Nothing going on, no excuse, just lines up the shot and fires.

Also, at that range, many rubber projectiles can pass right through a person. Just depends on luck. I’ve seen people die from beanbags and rubber rounds.
