I just read the original piece in Hebrew. It was very hard to read. An Israeli ex-hostage shares the details about how she was tortured and sexually assaulted in Hamas captivity. Think what you will about the conflict and the war, take the side of whoever you want to take - but read this. And if you still think that hamas is a legitimate form of resistance or even a legitimate organization then you have much more pressing issues that you should deal with than the war in the middle east.

A Congress with the gonads to tackle the issues causing the lost of respect for the Supreme Court.

1) Impeach any Justice with an ethics problem. Remove them from the Court! I can think of 3 immediately.
2) Impose Rules and a method of enforcement.
3) Increase the number of Justices to 13 so that politicization is more difficult.
4) Impose term limits. I suggest a single 8 year term for each Justice ... period.
