Every once in a while I remember that early in the pandemic, UC Davis asked everyone in the UC Davis community to donate PPE from their own labs, which it routed only to UC Davis Health, a not-free medical center. PPE that came out of people's grant money (which UC Davis already skims off of) and sometimes out of people's own money.

I think about this as UC Davis continues to raise fees, pretend the pandemic is over, and drive disabled people out of their jobs and schooling. #UCAccessNow
