To be clear, Trump has already been found liable for fraud. That is not the issue in this hearing. The issue is, as I understand it, how much money he owes to people he defrauded. So he should be trying to minimize damage, not proudly advertising how little he cared about accuracy.

In Indianapolis, a woman thought a Radical Hebrew Israelite school – a group that is antisemitic, anti-LGBTQ, misogynistic, etc. – was an "Israel school" (i.e., Jewish school) so she drove her car into it.
