The huge explosion at the hospital in Gaza suggests they were stockpiling ammunition there.

If I understand correctly, soon after that explosion Hamas said it was willing to return all hostages for the cessation of bombing of Gaza.

In my view that is strong evidence that their misfire or an Israeli strike got most of Hamas's ammunition and they're now desperate

Or maybe they are lying about the prisoner deal
