It's wild* how I've had clients rotting in jail as they await trial on their marijuana cases because the judges believed #marijuana to be a "danger to the public," yet #Trump remains free after being indicted in 4 separate felony cases that involve conduct where people died (January 6 insurrection) and an attempts to overthrow our country's government.

I couldn't help but notice that Lindsey Graham was omitted from the GA indictment.

Maybe that's only because the DA didn't have enough evidence to charge him. However, to date, DOJ has refused to charge congressional Republicans. They're off limits. Even Matt Gaetz's prosecution was shut down for political reasons. Even the January 6 Committee shielded members of Congress (because of Liz Cheney).

This won't be sufficient to save our democracy.
