They clap. When all they had to do was tell our 100 year old Gov Kay Ivey to take that 1billions dollars of Covid money she spending to build ONE prison and give it to ALDOT-Alabama’s transportation and have them build the 6 lane Hwy. but nope her instead she gives kick backs to friends.
