This happens to us Jews as well.

And it's worse (at least to me) when it's an admin of an instance who has a "no bigotry" policy.

And even worse than that when they say "That's not antisemitic", saying that Jews don't have agency of what is and isn't hate speech.

And even worse when they make a claim of weaponized antisemitism, ie they say that the claim of antisemitism is only there to silence them. It's a way to silence minority voices.

Thank you for bringing this up. It's so important to hear- whether it's white/black, Jewish/gentile, trans/cis, people who are not of the minority or marginalized group need to do their best to listen!
