The Missouri AG seems very uninterested in making a cop convicted of manslaughter for shooting a man in his garage actually serve any of the six years of prison he's been sentenced to. He's asked for six continuances to reply to the cop's appeal, during which time the ex-cop remains free on bond, and apparently blown off the victim's family during this time as well.
