❗The Pentagon obligated 99.8% of the $400 million Congress allocated for Ukraine aid on September 29, one day before the fiscal year ended, Sen. Chris Coons said. No funds had been obligated by late July, while $307 million was reserved last week. The package provides $200 million for weapons and ammunition, nearly $100 million for equipment, spare parts and other hardware, and $100 million for transport, training and other services. #Ukraine
