Reports say missiles penetrated an underground parking garage where a Russian command post was allegedly located.

Nearby streets were closed while survivors were evacuated. Missile fragments were recovered, but the weapon has not been identified.

It could be a small cruise missile, ERAM or even a glide bomb.
