A reminder to all who demand capital punishment or even "merely" prison to be a grim oubliette with no possibility of parole never mind rehabilitation and care for those incarcerated or those released from imprisonment. And a reminder to those who denigrate legal professionals who "defend the obviously guilty" and demand that some are pre-judged without proper trial:
