Congress has passed a total of five laws since Jan 3, 2025. Starting to wonder what the point of Congress is? Corrupt and corrupted as it is, it can’t fix itself - how can it possibly fix anything else?

We need to demand some deep reforms.

#RFKJr has long disparaged #vaccines, said they are not adequately safety tested & called for placebo testing for vaccines that are already approved for use.

The #HHS statement raised concerns among #medical & #PublicHealth experts who said the move could be a significant shift in how the country has ensured the safety of vaccines for decades, as well as cast doubt on vaccines that are safe, effective & key to public health.

The govt *indicated* it wouldn’t apply to the #flu #vaccine, which is updated year to year & which #HHS stated “has been tried & tested for more than 80 years.” In response to questions about whether other #vaccines previously safety tested would be newly scrutinized, the dept focused on its concerns around the #coronavirus vaccine but did not address other #immunizations.

Chief Justice #JohnRoberts, a key vote on the court, voiced skepticism that this case was any different from prior situations where #SCOTUS ruled that #religious entities could not be excluded from receiving #public money.
