#Quebec just started unionizing the Amazon warehouses.
So Amazon is closing them so they can subcontract to gig worker delivery companies.
Those Canadians were on their way to stable, dignified jobs.
Now Amazon is there holding up the decapitated head of Quebec workers, waving it around for other jurisdictions to get a look at.

@littlemiao I've almost always lived in places where we got lots of snow. It's been great living here cause the weather is moderate. Six days of winter every year. And now this.

So we have gotten a record snow fall here in south Alabama. While it's no big deal to Yankee defectors like me, so many people here have never seen snow before.
