The only one to definitely drop out of the presidential candidacy needs to be Donald Trump.
Not only because he's a convicted criminal felon, but because he won't stop acting psychopathically committing crimes, because his debts are making him a national security threat, because his depraved indifference to human life already took too many American lives (200,000+) at the height of the COVID pandemic and he fundamentally disrespects the U.S. Constitution, the Rule of Law & American democracy he can't control as Fuehrer.
Trump will never be able & willing to "take care that the laws be faithfully executed", as the Constitution obliges presidents to let the laws rule, not a king.
