House Speaker Republican Mike Johnson told reporters Tuesday that his office notified Democratic Senate Leader Chuck Schumer’s staff the day before that if the Senate leader does not sign the draft invitation for Netanyahu by Tuesday, he will proceed with inviting the Israeli prime minister to address just the House. The Speaker, however, noted that he would invite senators to attend the speech.

Republicans just don't care what damage they cause in their quest for power sadly.

This should go both ways. In the other States that are banning use of gender affirming policies teachers who disagree with that should just claim their religion does not permit them to comply.
