It's Hamas's genuine doctrine to mass murder the Israeli/Jewish people, as witnessed on Oct 7, 2023, while the IDF ("Defense Force") is there to defend the citizens of Israel, be they Muslims, Christians, Jews or of any other faith against any aggression, without the barbaric goal to mass-murder a whole nation, religious or ethnic community.
There is no IDF doctrine mandating the mass murder of any other nation.
That's Iran-funded proxy Hamas's "policy".
