BREAKING: President Biden has hit 140 federal judges confirmed — more judicial confirmations than Presidents Trump, Obama, and George W. Bush up to this point in their presidencies.

This is no accident. President Biden made judicial nominations a top priority before he was even sworn in as president. And since then, the President and Democratic leaders have moved swiftly to confirm a historic number of highly-qualified, civil rights attorneys and public defenders.

The notion that slavery had good benefits for the enslaved people (gave them skills?) implies that the enslaved people who were kidnapped from their country of origin, or produced from rape of those same people, or from being trafficked after being stolen from their parents, were in fact ‘feral’ by nature and thus, were being ‘educated’ by White Masters. This perpetuates the “lesser value/less than fully human” mythology that has enabled racism from the beginning. #Shameful #Racist
