@mcp I'm going to add my voice to the chorus advocating *against* federation with Meta. They're not interested in building community. They're not interested in our safety. Their presence is motivated by exactly one thing, and that's greed. Any instance of Mastodon that is trying to establish a safe place for marginalized communities federates with Meta at its own peril and that of its users.
