Trump has lifelong Secret Service protection, paid for by citizens whose democracy he swore to “preserve, protect and defend” — the same citizens whose democracy he attempted to overthrow. He’s walking around freely. He’s even running for POTUS again. If he wins, he’ll take the same oath he betrayed the first time and betray it a second time, attempting another coup against U.S. democracy.
