Money doesn't matter to a person who can have other people pay for it. At minimum, register him as a sex offender and don't allow him near underage people.

@Burnt_Veggies @GottaLaff per MSNBC just now Carroll admitted in testimony she couldn't be sure he actually did penile insertion. And I'd add that her supporting witnesses also didn't testify to that particular crime.
So it makes sense. Still vindication for her on many many levels
