There was a shooting in a mall in Texas. In Texas, where there is open carry. Surely shoppers had guns. Where were the mythical good guys with guns?

They wear a gun to look macho. They won’t get in harms way though, because they’re cowards. I wonder how many shoppers fleeing from the gunman were actually carrying.
