@Lowie Only if he refuses to surrender. The DA will be contacting his lawyers to arrange a time and place for that.

If he refuses, and DeSantis refuses to extradite him, it becomes a federal matter. Which means the US Marshals will go in and get him.

Also, his Secret Service protection detail would also have a duty to arrest him. 🍿🍿🍿

Now that someone has gone first, let the other indictments from the DoJ and Fulton County DA fly.
