Judge Kaplan has ordered the unsealing of portions of Trump deposition in E Jean Carroll defamation case, though Trump has now moved for a delay to brief. Remember, in a civil case the 5th Am can be used against the defendant, so Trump may not have invoked it. Sh be interesting
