The Institute of #Museum & #Library Services has placed its entire staff on administrative leave.

The IMLS is a relatively small federal agency, with around 70 employees, that awards grant funding to #museums & #libraries across the country.

Hell, there's no documented evidence that he has ever laughed unless it was laughing at someone. He does not joke. He's not capable of that type of normal human behavior.

Farmers have already been screwed.
