Trump blew off a judge's order. (Note, the Axios Marc Caputo piece admitting that says they relied on lawyers, but doesn't substantiate that, and makes ZERO claim Trump was involved.) But as much as they're teeing up a conflict they think SCOTUS will uphold, they're also trying to target a judge.
