Two oligarchs with no government standing have created an entity falsely named as a government department. They are hiring private employees outside any official process. These operatives are interfering with actual government employees.

In London (KY), police went to a home to execute a search warrant and shot the homeowner when he was exercising his 2nd Amendment rights. Police there had suspended the use of body cameras, so we can only assume that they killed him in cold blood. Jim Crow is alive and well there. Don't live or work there.
