Tim Walz on Trump using the US military to go after 'the enemy from within.'

mediaite.com/politics/thats-yo

"He crossed a line that, I have to tell you, in my lifetime, I would have never imagined... Donald Trump... was talking about using the U.S. Army against people who disagree with him. Just so you’re clear about that, that’s you... This is not some mythical thing out there. He called it “the enemy within.” And to Donald Trump, anybody who doesn’t agree with him is the enemy."

“Trump had a town hall in Pennsylvania tonight, consisting of pre-screened questions moderated by Kristi Noem. He abruptly cut off the event, then spent 30 minutes simply standing on stage looking at his audience with music playing. Ave Maria played 4-5x. No explanation of why,” says Ian Sams, spokesman for VP Kamala Harris.

@DrOinFLA Well now you’ll need to have some new buttons made up for us. You know, to make up for the mistake. 😉@bitcodavid

👏🏻Via Kyle Griffin:

#Walz hits #Trump for saying he would use the military against 'the enemy from within':

"As someone who wore this nation's uniform proudly, as someone who now is the commander in chief of the Minnesota Nat Guard, the idea of sending US military personnel against Amer. citizens makes me sick to my stomach. I'll tell you what, we'll let the lawyers decide if what he said was treason, but what I know is it's a call for violence, plain & simple, and it's pretty damn un-American"

@AlliFlowers
I thought that was what was happening 🤷‍♂️
Though, I suspect someone is setting up his own assassination attempts 🙄

What if….

What if the GOP has decided a martyr will help their cause, and that’s why we’re seeing what could be assassination attempts?

It's wild how worked up all these pro-gun 2nd amendment Republicans get when someone actually brings guns to their events.
This is the America you asked for isn't it?
