I’m afraid that after a decade of being a pescatarian, I’m going to have to start eating meat again. Not only is my body rejecting iron, but my red cells are shrinking. I understand this is not usual or healthy. They’ll be doing some exploratory stuff next month, but I’m advised to eat meat in the meanwhile. 😔
