Holy moly 🤯! Threads adds the local timezone to every #Threads post. By analyzing the app network traffic, not the web, you can see the local timezone of every post, or user.
Your device's timezone can give clues about the country where you live. If you're an activist and revealing such information about you can put your life in danger, you should delete all your posts on Threads.
If you're not a targeted activist, help spread the word 🙏

@KayJanes I wondered that as well, although it was interesting to note that he couldn’t get an appointment for a scan for several weeks.
@mentallyalex@beige.party For me it depends on if someone else has to read or edit what I do. G-docs still work best for people who are Windows and don’t have 365, and Pages doesn’t translate well to Word.
@davidtheeviloverlord Found it, but realized it’s the 2nd in a series, so I got the first book…first.
