My 7 year old and 17 year old sons are both on the autism spectrum. Explaining racism to them is difficult because they are very logical people, and racism is not logical.

I hope they always think racism is not logical. James says it best: "Hating people because they look different is stupid and doesn't make sense, Daddy. It's just stupid."
