People often confuse interpersonal racism for systemic racism. A Black cop is more likely to go to jail for murdering an innocent Black man, than a white cop would be. Convicting these cops may be fair, but it is not a reduction in systemic racism.

This is Black cops becoming agents of white supremacy, and then being held accountable because they're not shielded by that same hate.

We can hold the Black cops accountable, but not the system that they work in.

When you preach "love thy neighbor" but your actions are based on hate....I have zero tolerance for you and your so-called religion. And that goes for ALL religions.

I have been surrounded by gays, trans, and drag queens my whole adult life. Not once have I ever had to fear violence or harm from any of them, or had to have special training in case one came into my workplace. Meanwhile, I have been bullied and threatened by people who called themselves “Christians”, harassed by cops, and had to attend special training in case someone shows up at the office with an AR-15.
