It’s been 13 years since we raised the federal minimum wage to $7.25 an hour. That’s the longest period without a raise in the history of the minimum wage. That is egregious.

Did I mention that one of the bottles of eye drops I need for tomorrow’s surgery cost $375? Insurance doesn’t cover it. At all.
Fortunately, I found a Bausch and Lomb program that brings the cost down to $80. EIGHTY DOLLARS!
