It’s been 13 years since we raised the federal minimum wage to $7.25 an hour. That’s the longest period without a raise in the history of the minimum wage. That is egregious.

Did I mention that one of the bottles of eye drops I need for tomorrow’s surgery cost $375? Insurance doesn’t cover it. At all.
Fortunately, I found a Bausch and Lomb program that brings the cost down to $80. EIGHTY DOLLARS!

Don’t let anyone tell you Joe Biden is not an astute political operator. Inviting Zelenskyy to the White House and an address to a joint session of Congress smothers the runts of the political litter who want to abandon Ukraine.
Biden’s leadership has been nothing short of phenomenal as he’s helped build a global coalition to assist Ukraine.

Tomorrow morning, prior to the crack of dawn, I will be getting the first cataract removed. In two weeks I’ll have the other one removed. Then I might start wearing makeup again!
I just watched Spirited for the 3rd time. I may have a problem.
